Pastor Shane and Erin Nivens serve The Well as our Lead Pastors. Pastor Shane came to The Well in November of 2022. Under his leadership and the direction of the Holy Spirit, the church has answered the call of God to freshly engage the Lord’s Commission by reaching our field “931”. It is crucial that we win our field to the Kingdom of God! Erin oversees our women’s ministries which does several projects throughout the year to our community, leads a fall retreat, and a Ladies conference in the spring. They both have a passion and love for people as the believe ministry is about people. Their desire is to see lives changed by the power of God.

They love spending time with their 3 wonderful children; Cade, Hudson, and Emory. Pastor Shane is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), and is a graduate of Lee University. Pastor Shane is a powerful and dynamic preacher and teacher of the Word of God.
